The Wholesale Store (the Company) aims to ensure that prices of all products offered for sale are true and correct. However, from time to time, the prices of certain products may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information. In each such case, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, The Wholesale Store (the Company) reserves the right to cancel the order without any further liability. Subject to the foregoing, no product offered for sale on the Marketplace will be sold at a price higher than its MRP (Maximum Retail Price).

Shipping policy:
The product will be shipped within 1 day and will be delivered within 1‑2 days.
Return Policy:
1. Eligibility
1. 7 days from the date of delivery or in‑store purchase.
2. Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, labels, packaging, and proof of purchase (receipt/bill).
2. Non‑returnable items
1. Perishables, underwear, lingerie, cosmetics
2. Custom‑ordered or personalized products.
3. Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance (if any).
Delivery Details
Delivery time slot is designed as per user convenience. We don’t assure deliveries in the respected time slot and it can be preponed or postponed.
Pickup orders will be allowed only for pickup at the respective store and cannot be sent for home delivery. Free Home Delivery is valid for orders above ₹ 999 only.
Home delivery is done within 5 km from our The Wholesale Store located at Sai Tower, Main Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. If delivery is beyond our vicinity, The Wholesale Store (the Company) may cancel the order.
All disputes are subject to Dehradun Jurisdiction only
